How long should a woman try to get pregnant before calling her doctor?
Answered By Isabel Tagge
In most cases, a healthy woman under the age of 30 should not be bothered about infertility unless they are trying to conceive a child within the period of one year. If they are unable to get pregnant within that period of time, they should talk with their physicians about fertility evaluation. The woman's chances of getting pregnant after the age of 30 are rapidly decreasing yearly. In the same manner, her husband should also talk with her physician if this much time has passed.
